Deer Tick will celebrate their 10 year anniversary as a band with a 6 night residency at Brooklyn Bowl starting on December 26th and it will take them to a culminating New Years Even bash on the 31st. Each night they will play a cover set of a favorite classic album and an original album of theirs. They will have guests and friends and alllll of the typical antics of a Deer Tick Show.
Deer Tick and the Brooklyn Bowl seem to a good match, as they band has chosen that venue for many memorable shows including a previous 3-Wednesdays-in-a-row residency and the much acclaimed Deervana show where they played Nirvana‘s In Utero album for its 20 year anniversary, which ended in a feather-filled pillow fight. You can listen to a taping of that show HERE via NYC Taper.
