Molly Burch was joined solely by two electric guitarists that provided an enchanting and melodic mellow mood, a perfect setting for her vocals to shine. Even with a voice that, when peaking, would fill up the entire room, there was still a shy sensibility about her as she swayed back and forth on the stage between lines. The sold out Crocodile crowd gradually fell more and more in love last night as they witnessed Burch’s performance.
Mysterious Australian wonder, Alex Cameron brought his unique brand of swagger and charisma to the stage with his large ensemble and delivered exactly what the audience was hoping for. The cult-like following of fans packed into the Crocodile like sardines to witness the dance moves and saxophone breaks by right hand man Roy Molloy.
