When Alabama Shakes debuted with Boys & Girls, they had clear star power. 3 years later, they will release their long awaited second album, Sound & Color on April 20th (420). The first song dropped today called Don’t Wanna Fight. 

It’s clear the band and full-fledged rockstar, Brittany Howard did not rest on their laurels. This track is funky as funk. She has also been quoted to admitting there is a punk song or two on the new record. Mixing soul, punk, blues and funk is not only a sweet rhyme, but a sweet recipe for rock ‘n roll.
