The Arcs, who put out one of the best/coolest records of 2015 do not appear to be slowing down which is good news for everyone, really. Another brainchild of Dan Auerbach seeing the light, The Arcs vs. The Inventors Vol. 1 is the first in a series of collaborative 10 inch projects featuring the Arcs teaming with some of their historical heroes (The Inventors). Volume 1. takes the already-star-studded band of the Arcs and infuses even more funk and soul with Dr. John and David Hidalgo to create a six-track soulful gem of an EP .

The 10″ was released on Record Store Day’s Black Friday but recently was released digitally on the beloved streaming services.
